We collect account information such as email, a securely stored password hash, Telegram identifiers when linked, language preferences, connected public wallet addresses, exchange labels and encrypted read-only exchange credentials, plus feedback and service logs.
How we use it
We use this information to authenticate you, display portfolio data, run alerts, process plan payments, provide AI features, prevent abuse and respond to support requests.
Security
Exchange credentials are encrypted at rest and should be created with read-only permissions and withdrawals and trading disabled. We never request seed phrases or private keys. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Sharing
We use infrastructure and providers needed to operate Renivex, such as hosting, database, market-data, blockchain, AI and Telegram delivery services. We do not sell personal information. We disclose information when required by law or to protect the service.
Retention and choices
We retain information while your account is active or as needed for operational, legal and security purposes. Contact us through Support to request account or data questions; we may need to verify ownership first.
